My client a very busy recruitment company is looking for an Office Manager.

Previous experience of working for a Recruiitment company is a must.

  • Providing secretarial support up to consultants
  • PA support for Senior Executive Business Manager
  • Managing and Fielding phone calls, email and post
  • Creating, Processing & issuing Limited Company Contracts
  • Scheduling appointments and Interviews
  • Managing all Admin paperwork for 300+ candidates
  • Managing the Compliance and On-boarding processes and paperwork for new starters
  • Setting up PAYE and Limited Company Contractors for payroll
  • Dealing with all Candidate queries including contracts and payment issues
  • Processing expenses for candidates
  • Chasing candidate timesheets
  • Resourcing for internal and external opportunities
  • Managing & recording team absence and holiday
  • Maintaining HR paperwork for internal Reed staff
  • Liaising with third party suppliers for all aspects of Office Management i.e IT, Procurement & Finance
  • Ordering supplies and amenities such as stationery and refreshments
  • Managing internal & external projects- i.e IR35 Legislation
  • Arranging office moves
  • Setting up new IT equipment
  • Providing cover for other Administrators in the UK Network - remote and on site
  • Arranging social events such as Christmas parties and Team away days
  • Managing internal and external audits
  • Creating presentations using MS PowerPoint
  • Providing references for employment and mortgages
  • Travel & Accommodation bookings
  • Facilities management
  • Fire marshal
