Office Manager / Projects Coordinator

Watford based reseller and distributor are seeking a Project Co-ordinator/Office Manager to join their expanding team. With a portfolio of 200+ brands/products which are distributed and sold nationally.

The business due to growth seeks a highly organised and versatile person to join the business who will be responsible for small, medium and larger projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budgets.

  • Seeking an applicant with proven people management skills (directly or indirectly)
  • An ability to coordinate teams of people (internal or external agencies / suppliers)
  • With experience in either a logistics or planning environment.
  • Projects will be extremely varied and requires a person with a 'can do attitude’
  • You will have experience in handling budgets, working with third party suppliers, negotiating services and costs when dealing with suppliers across all areas of the business
  • Planning and execution of exhibiting or attending relevant industry trade events, at present the business does between 2-3 a year at present.
  • This opportunity requires a self-starter ad the position offers a high degree of autonomy
  • IT Literate MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
  • Strong communication skills required both verbally and written
