OFFICE MANAGER position in Bristol - Independent Living

Prospero Health and Social Care are looking for an Office Manager/Head of Service in Bristol to start asap.

The organisation supports individuals with complex needs, mental health issues and learning disabilities. They provide a service for the individual within their own home to lead a full and valued life. Age group 16+.

This position is a full time 40 hours a week and permanent role.

To support the Regional Manager with running a successful office.

Responsibilities are:

To ensure the on call rota are up to date and actions in place. .
To support the Regional Manager, HOS and H&S with all admin and safeguarding tasks.
To support the Finance team with pay roll and invoicing.
Line manage the admin team through daily tasks.

Well organised and able to work under pressure.
Experienced in line management.
Someone who is able to motivate and support admin staff on a daily basis.
Able to multi task and think on their feet.

About the ideal Office Manager:

Resilient, caring/emphatic and focused on achieving deadlines.
To a have a current driving licence and have access to a car.
An up to date DBS or willing to apply for one.
Relevant NVQ qualifications desirable but not essential.
An understanding of clients with Mental Health and Learning Difficulties.
