Office Manager (plus HR responsibilities) - starting ASAP

Demon Recruitment Group is looking to recruit an Office Manager with HR duties to join their Client in the Feltham area.

Duties will include:
-Overseeing general running of the Office
-HR Administration - new starters, offer letters, contracts, staff records
-Ensuring Payroll is completed and sent to relevant contacts
-Adjusting timesheets, reconciling hours
-Inducting new employees
-Facilities Management
-Ensuring all paperwork relating to H&S, First Aid is up to date
-Liasing with Recruiters and managing the PSL
-Events Management
-Working internally across departments
-Carrying out risk assessments
-General HR & Office Management duties - more to be discussed with Agency

Experience/skills required:
-Excellent communication and attention to detail
-Previous experience in a similar role
-HR experience
-Must be qualified to at least level 3 CIPD (or studying towards)
-Strong IT skills and experience in social media platforms
