We are a small construction company base in Kew Garden, we are looking for a Office Manager/ Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director to start asap, the right person has to have knowledge of computing (Microsoft World and Excel, Power Point , etc), be energetic, confident, happy to learn and work with a small team, knowledge of building industry is a bonus but not essential.
Day to day duties:
- Placing orders
- Prganizing the day by liaising with the Managing Director
- Creating new job quotes
- keeping all the projects up to date
- Managing company email ensuring quick responses
