The close-knit team has enjoyed amazing success over recent months and is now in desperate need to recruit a super-organised Office Manager / PA to run the office and provide fast and efficient PA and secretarial support to Partners and Surveyors.

As a linchpin member of the team and first point of contact for clients, you'll answer calls and meet and greet; produce correspondence and reports; organise diaries, business travel and client events; handle expenses; run the office and negotiate with suppliers etc.

Requirements for this Office Manager / PA opportunity:

*4 + years' secretarial / PA / Office Management experience
*Ideally experience working within a small professional services company
*Good MS Office skills
*Excellent communication, both spoken and written
*Strong organisational and prioritising skills
*Proactive approach
*Confident personality and a good sense of humour
*High attention to detail
