Your new role
As a Personal Assistant / Office Manager you will be responsible for :
- Organising diaries and travel appointments
- Composing and typing letters, emails and reports
- Taking and screening calls
- Attending weekly meetings
- Photocopying, filing and processing letters
- Supporting 2 directors
- Maintaining the office
- General adhoc duties
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will need experience within a PA or Office Manager role (construction or property preferred but not essential), a forward thinking can do attitude coupled with strong organisation and administrative skills. The perfect candidate will be confident, friendly and driven to get the job done.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a generous salary of £25000 - £28000, an exciting and varied position and excellent progression opportunities to grow with the business.
