Office Manager - PA - Property

The role would be to assist members of the team and support the day to day operations of the company, dealing with office management, administration, accounts and other duties.

This role would ideally suit an ambitious candidate who likes variety, taking ownership of their work and can deal with anything thrown their way. We are looking for a friendly, naturally warm professional who can undertake certain tasks with the utmost confidentiality.

The ideal candidate would come from a property background having had experience in dealing with contractors, managing rental demands and accountancy bookkeeping within a property firm

Role Responsibilities - Includes but not limited to….

  • Managing service charge accounts
  • Dealing with contractors
  • Managing rent demands
  • Managing and working with accountancy software preferably Quickbooks experience
  • Creating invoices
  • Diary management for directors
  • Being the face of the company, meeting and greeting visitors
  • Dealing with incoming communication
  • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests and handling them where appropriate

Skills and experience

  • Minimum two years experience in property preferably property management
  • Excellent communication - both written and verbally
  • Attention to detail
  • Numerically minded - Accountancy skills - QuickBooks preferably
  • Management skills
  • Able to work on own initiative and be able to prioritise work load
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
  • Proficient in word and excel
  • Flexibility

Salary - £24,000 - £28,000 Negotiable - depending on experience

Hours - 8.30 - 5.30
