A fantastic company who operates within the Construction sector are currently recruiting for an experienced PA / Office Manager to join their ever expanding team.

The Role

You will be responsible for assisting and supporting the Directors, offering personal assistant duties and secretarial support on a daily basis. Along with general office management support.

Other duties will include:-

  • Overall office management
  • Job costings
  • Diary management
  • CRM database management
  • Booking of travel and accommodation
  • General telephone enquiries
  • Quotations
  • Delivery notes and invoice control
  • Ordering materials
  • Creating job files
  • CIS payments
  • General accounts administration

The Candidate

  • Previous PA experience is essential
  • Office Management and daily operations experience is essential
  • Experience of making CIS payments
  • Strong user of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Experience of Sage 50
