Office Manager (maternity cover), Central London

This is a great opportunity for a professional Office Manager to join a well-established company located in Central London of a contract basis. The contract will run from March 2018 until December 2018.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Organizing internal and external meetings with various parties

- Organise couriers, taxis, restaurant bookings

- Assistance with preparing documents: editing, printing, scanning, binding, filing

- Providing refreshments and arranging occasional lunch and dinner catering in the office

- Meeting and greeting clients and organizing tea/coffee for them in the meeting room

- Ordering stationery and food/beverages to the office, do minor online shopping when/if necessary

- Answer telephone calls in a professional manner

- Ensuring the office is well maintained, in case of minor problems, duly book handyman service

- Liaise with the IT department in case of technical issues

- Be first point of contact for the members of the team

- Arrange travel services: taxis, chauffeurs, airport "Meet and greet" services, air and train tickets, accommodation, conferencing facilities when necessary

- An ability to work under pressure and be a good team player

- An ability to protect reputation and integrity of others through strict confidentiality

- Knowledge of the Microsoft suite of applications - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and office equipment (printers, scanners, copy machines, computers)

- Fluency in English (oral and written), (knowledge of Russian would be an advantage)
