Office Manager / Facilities Management / Operations. Hyde based venue, operated by a global organisation, seek an experienced Office Manager / Operations Assistant to support the General Manager and wider team. The role would suit somebody who enjoys a busy and varied role comprising facilities, finance, marketing and administrative tasks - no two days are likely to be the same! Facilities Operations

  • Managing of supplier and client relationships
  • Venue health and safety and compliance record keeping
  • Contractor management and coordination
  • Managing reactive works and PPM and projects
  • ISO14001 support


  • Supporting the General Manager and wider team
  • Database management
  • Managing all incoming queries and requests
  • Arranging meetings, taking notes and producing meetings


  • Attending venue marketing meetings
  • Assisting in the management of onsite promotions and events
  • PR management
  • Reporting


  • Creation and updating of complex spreadsheets
  • Budget tracking
  • Raising PO's and processing invoices
  • Setting up of new suppliers
  • Credit Control
  • Financial reporting including variance reporting

The Office Manager / Facilities Management / Operations candidate is likely to have either office management or facilities support experience. You must have a knowledge of health and safety legislation. You will be a confident user of MS Office - Particularly Excel. This is a client facing role where delivering a high quality customer experience is essential - therefore solid customer service exposure within previous roles is very important.
