TITLE: Office Manager / EA

LOCATION: London, City

SALARY: £ 20 - £22ph


We are seeking an individual, with experience as an EA/OM to take on this exciting temporary role in a leading global consultancy firm.

Main duties include:

- Complex diary management, travel coordination and team meetings

- Providing EA support to London partner and Senior Managment

- Event Managment

- Manage suppliers and contractors

- Support board meetings and take miniutes when required

- Liase with building managers ensuring the smooth running of the premises

- Coordinate office supplies

- IT Administration and liasing with external IT support provider

- Liase with the Finance team and authorise office expenses

- HR support

Essential Skills:

- Minimum 5 years experience in Office Managmetn within a corporate environment

- Advanced knowledge in MS Office

- Engaging and confident personality

- Ability to manage multiple diaries and organise travel

- Commited to confidentiality and discretion

- High level of administrative skills and abilities

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- First aid training preferable
