This fantastic client is looking for an experienced Office Manager/PA to join their team.
This position would ideally suit someone with exceptional experience as an Office Manager, professional, reliable and
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 *depending on experience
Location: City of London, (near Bank, Liverpool Street, Cannon Street, Monument)
- Providing EA support to the CEO, including diary management, travel coordination, and general administrative support to the senior team.
- Update relevant contracts, office leases and insurance policies.
- Ensure stationary is stocked at all times.
- Responsible for maintaining office access cards.
- Responsible for coordinating with external IT support.
- Finance support, such as maintain a record purchases, staff expenses, etc.
- HR support, inductions and terminations.
- Manager the holiday and sick leave.
