Job Description:

  • Providing EA support to the CEO, including diary management, travel coordination, and general administrative support to the senior team.
  • Update relevant contracts, office leases and insurance policies.
  • Ensure stationary is stocked at all times.
  • Responsible for maintaining office access cards.
  • Responsible for coordinating with external IT support.
  • Finance support, such as maintain a record purchases, staff expenses, etc.
  • HR support, inductions and terminations.
  • Manager the holiday and sick leave.
