Office Manager / Bookkeeper - temp to perm

Reed Accountancy are pleased to be working with our client in South Belfast to recruit for an experienced Office Manager. Working closely with senior management the successful candidate will be responsible for the Accounts and Administration function of a busy office. This role will be offered on a temporary basis initially with the view to becoming permanent and offers a competitive salary depending on experience.

Duties to include:

• Managing office accounts & administration
• Managing purchase and sales ledger
• Bank reconciliations (multiple accounts)
• Payroll
• Petty cash
• Production of reports for management as required
• Providing general clerical support
• Managing busy office – ordering supplies, acting as point of contact for all queries and organising diaries/travel as required
• Use of Sage 50 and Microsoft Office
