Resourcing Coordinator Duties-
-Coordination of Consultants and Projects
-Proactive client and consultant communication this will include generation of new business and identifying business opportunity
-File maintenance & office system creation

Office Management Duties-
-Facilities & Ordering
-IT supplier management and communication with the offsite accounts team
-Systems Admin and managing spreadsheets
-Property portfolio management

PA Support-
-Expenses and travel
-Being first point of contact
-Basic Invoicing and personnel HR admin.

If you possess the following attributes-

-Educated to a degree level or above 
-Self Starter
-Happy to work one to one
-Are able to maximise business opportunities
-Promote new ideas
-Born coordinator and communicator
-Highly IT literate in Microsoft Office
-Able to juggle and re prioritise
-Keen to develop the role and knowledge
-Highly organised-Able to self-manage
