Page Personnel are delighted to be partnered up exclusively with our client in recruiting a Office Manager/Administrator. This role will involve key liaison with Financial Advisers, Senior Management and Clients.

Client Details

Our client is a well-respected Glasgow based Independent Financial Planning Business. They have grown over several decades, becoming a go to firm for all aspects of planning and investment.


The successful candidate will likely have the following responsibilities:

  • On notification from either the Client Support Manager or the Financial Advisers, this candidate will begin the Valuation procedure for potential clients.

  • Check in house system for any new business which has been written since the last valuation.

  • Check contracts to see if the clients have made any direct transactions.

  • Gather information.

  • Go on to valuation system, call companies or go on line to gain valuations.

  • Verify information is correct.

  • Add detail on to in house system and check detail is correct.

  • Action relevant Financial Adviser valuation is complete.

  • Update Financial Adviser's diaries and check room allocation, entering details as required.

  • Provide information to Client Support Financial Adviser to enable contact to be made for a review.

  • Update in house system throughout procedure.

  • Seek valuation and gain Financial Adviser's confirmation valuation is acceptable - chase where necessary to ensure timescales are met.

  • On confirmation send letter with valuation to client.

  • As part of a client support process, provide information to the Client Support Manager for such projects as reviewing pensions etc.

  • To action and complete CBL responsibilities in negotiation with the Financial Adviser

  • To action any reasonable request made by the Directors of the Group


The successful candidate Will likely have the following profile:

  • A background in Financial Service, Planning, Investment or Wealth Management will be advantageous.
  • Good communication skills/computer literate/time management

  • Held previous responsibilities with managing multiple tasks, liaising with internal advisors and senior management
  • Works well off own initiative and independent

Job Offer

This role offers a competitive salary between £23,000-£25,000 plus benefits
