Salary: £25,000-£30,000 plus pension and bonus
Based In Leicester, Meridian Business Park. M69/M1 Junction

Precision People, founded in 2004, is a Technical and Management recruitment consultancy of 25 people and is in its next phase of growth. We need an experienced Operations person to lead a small team and have ownership over the operational functions of Administration and Accounts.

The team needs an Office Manager who thrives on supporting others and likes being the centre of a business where they can spin multiple plates allowing the directors to focus in their areas of accountability.

What will I need to be successful at?

We are looking for a self-motivated Office Manager with the core competencies of:

Managing the administration and front of house processes, focused on high customer service

Managing the accounting functions of invoicing, payroll & purchasing records, working closely with external suppliers

Managing of company reporting; activity data, analysis and action points for the business.

Control and review of external suppliers for day to day operations - IT and facility suppliers

The superuser and control status of the CRM, communications, data and software platforms.

The responsible person for internal operational processes of how systems work from inception to audit

What you'll need to be offered an interview?

More than 2 yrs in one company in a supervisory role in accounts and administration team, ideally within a service/sales company
Excellent working knowledge of accounts payable/receivables and payroll processes
You'll be great with data, understanding the numbers and using dashboards to keep the business informed at all times.
