Our client is a North West London based Property Investment Group who are recruiting for an Office Junior to join their team.

We are looking for a bright, outgoing and friendly individual who is eager to learn and grow. Individuals applying should have a minimum of 6 months office administration experience and possess strong IT skills.

Duties will include:
* Answering and redirecting phone calls to staff
* Faxing, archiving and filing of documents
* Booking meetings rooms
* Data Entry
* Sorting post
* Assisting with facilities duties including office moves, general office maintenance, carrying office files and moving furniture/desk moves

This is an excellent opportunity for a school /college leaver or even a recent Graduate with around 6 months office experience to join reputable company. Contact us for further information on this opportunity.
