Office Junior - Leeds - £17k - £18k per annum plus company benefits

Our client is an extremely well established and successful legal firm based in Leeds; due to their continued success they are expanding their team and recruiting for an Office Junior

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing with all incoming and outgoing post
  • Archiving of client files
  • Updating spreadsheets and company records
  • Data inputting
  • General administration duties

All applicants must possess the following skills / experience:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Be competent with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Be an excellent team player

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5: 00pm or 9:00am - 5:30pm
