We are seeking an Office Junior/Admin Assistant for the busy residential property team at this professional law firm in Plymouth.
The role would suit someone wishing to start their career within a legal firm or someone that has previous experience of working in an office environment.
You will be working in the residential property team assisting with the day to day running of the department, including:- managing diaries, dealing with incoming post, taking phone calls, dealing with Clients to take initial instructions and deal with ID requirements, opening and closing files and other administrative duties.
You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a focus on detail, be highly organised and committed to meeting deadlines while remaining calm under pressure.
Hours: 35 hours per week Monday - Friday with an hour for lunch
25 days holiday per year + bank holidays
