We have a great opening for an intelligent, forward thinking individual to join a fast- growing, internationally trading, engineering company as an Office Manager.
We are looking for a hard-working, reliable person who has a can-do attitude and isn’t afraid to muck in where needs be.
The role will be varied to include office co-ordination, PA duties, HR administration, finance administration and some project based co-ordination and administration.
You will need to be an organised team player, with the ability to work under your own initiative and spot what needs doing to ensure that the office runs smoothly and the team are fully supported.

Proven experience as an Office Manager
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
An ability to remain calm and excel under pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
A positive approach to problem solving
Excellent Customer Care skills
