Job Title: Office / Finance Administrator

Location: Haverhill, Suffolk

Salary: £18,000p.a.

Contract Type: Permanent, Full time

Hours: 8.30am -17.30, Monday - Friday

Sector: Manufacturing

Due to continuous growth an opportunity has arisen for a permanent, full time Office / Finance Administrator for a manufacturing company located in Haverhill.

Do you have strong administration experience?

Are you IT literate, especially formulas on excel?

As an Office / Finance Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Checking and creating project briefs
  • Uploading project information
  • Keeping project time lines up to date
  • Answering queries via email and phone
  • Assisting the team with queries
  • Supplying files to the customers
  • Assisting with general administration tasks as and when required
  • Updating excel spreadsheets for the finances in the department.

An ideal candidate for the Office / Finance Administrator must have:

  • Excellent IT literate and proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Good time management skills & attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure.
