Office / Export Administrator
Graduate with a minimum of 1 years experience in administration is required for a busy Export Office. A good telephone manner and well spoken and grammatically correct and concise written English is essential as communication with overseas customers is an important element of the job. Proficiency in using Excel, Word, and Outlook is essential. Work involves preparing offers, placing orders, record keeping, general administration, liaising with suppliers and customers both in the UK and overseas. Attention to detail is a key part of the work. If you can work unsupervised within a small friendly team then this position may suit you. This position offers the opportunity to travel overseas to project sites. Other perks will be discussed during the interview stage. Pleasant Modern Office in NW9. Salary - commencing £23,000 to £25,000 depending on experience.
Working Hours - 9.00am, to 5.30pm. (Monday - Friday)
