I am currently looking for a Office Coordinator to work in Clifton for a vibrant company who will make you feel part of the team from day one all they ask is that you bring a good sense of humour !
You will join a brand new refurbished office
Salary is £26,000
You will oversee administration of the Central Support Office, as well as providing light touch administrative support to the IT Director and People & Culture Director
Your working hours are 9.00am - 5.30pm
As the Office Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of daily office operations, including coordinating office space for staff, meeting rooms, tea & coffee making facilities, ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, post in/out and couriers.
Ensure all telephone calls and direct as appropriate
Arrange and co-ordinate meetings, to include any catering requirements as well as booking travel for staff as required
You will also Oversee the administration of the office access system, ensuring effective administration of new starters and leavers
You will also be responsible for day to day management of COVID safe practices in place, ensuring the COVD risk assessment is adhered to at all times.
Ensure that the office is a safe place to work at all times, taking day to day responsibility for health & safety compliance. To include ensuring all office furniture and machinery is fit for purpose and maintained in good working order, including franking machine, photocopier/printers and fax.
You will also Liaise with Buildings Manager to maintain a comprehensive Health & Safety policy for the offices and ensure all staff are aware of all H&S procedures to include an induction programme, training and on-going specialist training in fire and first aid procedures etc.
Provide support setting up company events as well as meeting and greeting all visitors to Central Support office
Assist the Bristol based members of the Management Committee in administrative functions necessary to their positions, including managing and maintaining their calendars of HR Director and IT Director, scheduling appointments, booking travel, completing expenses and expense approvals, preparing presentations, organising events and meetings
