I am working with a growing company based in Edenbridge looking for a reliable and trustworthy Office Coordinator 

The role will be a mixture of duties including:

- Supporting staff

- General office administration

- Being point of contact for customers and clients

- Answering telephone calls and responding to emails

- Keeping on top of stock control 

- Coordinating the office

- Diary management and coordination of engineers

The ideal candidate:

- Be pro active

- Reliable

- Trustworthy as you may be on your own a lot of the time

- Be highly organised 

- Excellent customer service skills including telephone manner

- Be pro active

- Have experience within a role where you have worked with customers 

- If you have experience within a Leisure and Hospitality background that would be an advantage 

Extras:

- No need to drive as the office is near a train station 

- salary around £25k

- 20 days holiday + bank holidays 

- Time off over Christmas
