Are you currently looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience working in an office support position? If so our excellent client is looking for an Office Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who likes to be the 'go to' of the office and get involved with a broad range of tasks from; admin, office coordination, meeting and greeting and PA duties.

Responsibilities for the Receptionist Position include;

  • Booking all travel for the team
  • Keeping track of holidays
  • Arranging company events and parties
  • Meeting and greeting all visitors
  • Ordering stationary and office supplies
  • Contacting IT providers when needed
  • Logging invoices
  • Processing payments for approval
  • Processing expenses
  • Stocking the printer
  • Keeping the office as clean and tidy as possible
  • Assisting the team with any other requirements and acting as the 'go to' person

Qualifications for the Receptionist Position include;

  • Experience working in a similar position or office support role
  • Available immediately or on short notice
  • Flexible, adaptable and positive
