We are currently recruiting for an Office Coordinator for our client a new Estate Agents in Torquay. This is an exciting time to join them, and to be there from the very beginning! They are part of a larger, already successful chain with offices in Exeter. You will complete your training in the Exeter branch, and be ready to move over to the Torquay office once it opens. Previous property experience would be beneficial, but is not essential. This is a customer facing position, so excellent communication skills are a must!
To be successful in this role, you will need to have good administrative and customer service experience, and be highly organised. We are looking for a candidate who is open to travelling to Exeter for the first 1-2 months, until the Torquay branch officially opens. Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm, and 1 Saturday a month, which will mean a day off during the week for that week.
Key duties associated with this role include -
- Diary management.
- First port of call for incoming calls and walk in enquiries.
- Dealing with queries, and emailing out property information.
- Liaison with contractors, landlords, tenants and perspective applicants.
- Writing letters.
- Key management.
- Processing contractor invoices.
