Office Coordinator

The Work Shop are currently working on behalf of our client based in Christchurch who are in the aviation industry and are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their Coordination team.

As Office Coordinator, your duties will include;-

  • Ensure all invoices are paid in a timely fashion

  • Monitor banking

  • Help with the checking and payments of expense claims

  • Stationary

  • Ensure customs regimes are adhered to

  • Maintain records of all import/export paperwork

  • Liaise with shipping agents to ensure paperwork is complete, correct and received in a timely fashion

  • Ensure all customs paperwork is complete & correct

    The Candidate;-

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Strong admin skills

  • Good attention to detail

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Good IT skills, especially Excel and Outlook

  • Organised, methodical and logical

    Hours are 8:30-5:30pm Monday to Friday

    Salary - £18,000
