Office Coordinator Part-Time

Office Coordinator: An experienced Office Coordinator is required to undertake a variety of day-to-day office co-ordination and administrative tasks for a growing Media technology company. This role is part time, 2 days per week, flexible to suit.

Office Coordinator will work closely with the COO and HR Director, joining an ambitious Media tech platform that simplifies the creation of 360 Degree Video and VR projects for global brands, agencies and publishers. Company is already a Facebook strategic partner.

Responsibilities comprise general office co-ordination and HR administration:
- Document and maintain current business processes to ensure maximum efficiency
- Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
- Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, dealing with correspondence, scheduling meetings, booking travel)
- First point of contact, greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office
- Monitor office expenditure, handle all office contracts (such as rent, catering)
- Monitor office supplies inventory and order supplies
- Coordinate health and safety audits
- Collate and prepare data for monthly payroll
- Coordinate the hiring and onboarding activities for new starters (arrange interviews, prepare documentation, set up new starters on the internal system, arrange passes)
- Support internal training and development activities
- Ensure employee records are accurately maintained on the HR system

Skills & Experience:
- Well organised, accurate and efficient
- Competent in all office applications
- Knowledge of basic office management systems and administration procedures
- Comfortable dealing with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Able to troubleshoot, identify issues and resolve them
- Excellent communications skills, both verbally and written
- Good analytical skills with the ability to collate, interpret and present information clearly
- Positive attitude, good team player
