A super organised Office Coordinator / Office Administrator / Personal Assistant (PA) is needed to join a PR and Communications agency based in the heart of Oxford. This diverse and rewarding role will see you manage a fun working environment, assist with a wide range of activities from international travel schedules to HR duties, support the Finance Manager and act as PA / EA to the MD.

Employing a message first approach, this PR and Communications agency are renowned for delivering campaigns that create real momentum and tangible results for clients within the international energy and financial services markets. Due to continued success they are now seeking a highly efficient Office Coordinator / Office Administrator / Personal Assistant (PA) to join their passionate and talented team who enjoy an open and honest working environment where everyone is encouraged to think on their feet and take a hands-on approach.

Joining as the Office Coordinator / Office Administrator, with EA / PA duties to the MD, you will act as the lynchpin within the business. Whether you are booking travel arrangements; managing suppliers; undertaking HR duties; supporting the finance manager; booking appointments or any other administrative duties, it will be your superb organisation and administration skills that ensures a smooth running office where no two days are the same.

To qualify… You should be an Office Coordinator / Office Administrator / Office Manager / PA / EA / Office Admin / Administrator / Project Administrator / Personal Assistant or similar with a CV that shows:

  • Experience in a similar Office Coordinator / PA / Project Administration role;
  • A bright and engaging personality with a proactive and flexible attitude;
  • Experience in managing multiple diaries, engagements and commitments;
  • Exceptional organisation and communication skills (written and verbal);
  • Excellent problem solving skills;
  • Superb attention to detail;
  • Experience of managing suppliers and services;
  • You are comfortable using Mac and Windows Operating systems.
