A bit about the role…
You will be joining our small but passionate team who are committed to providing the best experience for our customers and partners. Whilst you will be situated in the Protect My Property contact centre, this is not a typical contact centre role: working for our enthusiastic and supportive Team Leader Nicola and alongside an experienced counterpart in Jenny you will own the process end-to-end, co-ordinating and managing our direct- and subcontract labour to ensure all work is completed on time, efficiently and within budget. No two days will be the same, other than they will both be challenging, rewarding… and at times maybe a little exasperating!
A bit about you…
How you go about your work will demonstrate expertise to our customers and partners. You will likely have a business administration background. You will definitely be used to handling many tasks simultaneously and able to dynamically re-plan your work as circumstances change. You will be the sort of person who wants to do the best you can with every action: for you, "good enough" is not good enough.
You will have some business-to-consumer experience and will be able to deal with the occasional difficult telephone conversation, being assertive enough to take control of the situation but showing empathy and providing reassurance where required.
Your personality will allow you to navigate the occasional bump in the road and to overcome challenges for the good of the customer.
