Our client based in Finchley Central, is seeking a Facilities Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.

Hours: 08:00 - 17:30

Duties will include:

  • Opening the office in the morning and ensuring everything is set up ready for the day ahead
  • Meeting & greeting visitors and making them refreshments
  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Ensuring office is kept clean and tidy
  • Ensuring kitchen supplies are replenished
  • Refilling printer with ink/paper as required
  • Basic data entry
  • Some administrative duties as and when required

To be considered for this role you will need:

  • To be a self starter
  • To have initiative
  • To have good Microsoft office skills
  • To have excellent communication skills
