Our client based in Finchley Central, is seeking a Facilities Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.

Hours: 08:00 - 17:30

Duties will include:
- Opening the office in the morning and ensuring everything is set up ready for the day ahead
- Meeting & greeting visitors and making them refreshments
- Setting up meeting rooms
- Ensuring office is kept clean and tidy
- Ensuring kitchen supplies are replenished
- Refilling printer with ink/paper as required
- Basic data entry
- Some administrative duties as and when required
To be considered for this role you will need:
- To be a self starter
- To have initiative
- To have good Microsoft office skills
- To have excellent communication skills
