Based on Reception, you will be the first point of contact for visitors to the site, welcoming them in and signing them in and out as required. You will be tasked with assisting the School Business Manager to manage and develop central communication channels engaging with the school community, using digital marketing and social media to promote the school profile, including website updates.
The post holder is required to be flexible in their approach to work, with a positive attitude and a willingness to cover for colleagues when necessary. You will be responsible for First Aid (training can be provided), accident reports and holding on to prescription medication. Excellent written/oral communication skills are essential, as is flexibility to complete ad-hoc duties as required and a willingness to work within the framework of safeguarding and compliance policies that are in place.
An Enhanced DBS Certificate - or a willingness to undertake one - is essential for this position. Prior schools experience is not essential, we will consider any candidates with a strong business support background.
