Office Co-Ordinator/Team Assistant

This is a wonderful opportunity for a proactive and energetic office Co-ordinator to join a fast paced and successful Venture Capitalist Company, based in lovely offices in the West End. The role involves:

  • Managing all aspects of the Front Office, being the face of the company and the first point of contact, providing a first class service and general support to all visitors and clients

  • Organising meeting rooms, setting up of AV and TC equipment and all refreshments

  • Assisting with the general management of the office and team, including dealing with suppliers, office maintenance, deliveries and couriers

  • General support to the PA’s, booking travel, accommodation and assisting with all events and conferences

  • General office admin

  • A good working knowledge of Google for Work, including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs

The ideal candidate will be personable with a professional demeanour and excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues and clients on all levels. They will enjoy the challenge of working in a fast paced, busy environment, being able to use their initiative, prioritise tasks and work well under pressure. You must be a strong team player with a confident manner, a 'can do’ attitude and someone who takes real pride in providing an excellent service.
