Office Co-Ordinate/Junior PA

Main duties:

*Extensively managing the diary of the Global Head and Operations Manager
*General office/reception duties (which may include taking deliveries, meeting and greeting clients, etc)
*Providing exceptional meeting support which will include ensuring meeting rooms are cleaned to a high standard, preparing rooms for board meetings and ensuring catering is taken care of
*Record office expenditure
*Arrange for the maintenance of property and office equipment including planning the replacement of capital items/fixed assets
*Weekly inventory taking of stationary and office supplies
*Oversee appropriate office cleaning with third parties
*Up keeping the insurance on of property and contents
*Liaising with clients and suppliers where appropriate
*Ensuring security protocols are adhered to
*Arranging induction schedules
*Undertake ad hoc work when required

Candidate profile:

*Has worked as a receptionist or in a front of house position
*Excellent customer service skills
*High organisation and general administration skills
*Is friendly, outgoing, positive and confident
*Ability to manage diaries accordingly
*Used to liaising with all kinds of individuals
