Office Clerk

We are looking at recruiting an experienced office clerk to work on a temp to perm basis for the right candidate, for our clients based in the Staveley Area of Chesterfield.

The position is Monday to Friday within core office hours and with a salary of £17,000 - £17,500.

The ideal candidate is required to have the following experience / skills

* Can use Sage 50
* Ideally use TASK BOOKS
* Answer phones, deal with post
* Use all Microsoft Office programmes
* Very confident with Numbers, calculations % Percentages. Needs to be accurate
* Speak with Customers on the telephone
* Receive orders and deal with quotes in the absence of others
* Dispatch goods and deal with paperwork
* Need to work on your own initiative
* Be very self- motivated and able to plan your own day
* Have the ability to ask questions when required and show confidence
