Our client located in Coleshill is expecting to be very busy over Christmas and is seeking additional temporary help until mid-January within their Customer Service department.
We have two different hours available:
9:00am - 5:30pm Mon to Fri OR 11:30am - 8:00pm Mon to Fri
The role will involve:
- Responding to customer emails and telephone calls in a prompt and professional manner
- Handling enquiries ranging from order and delivery status, general product information and technical issues.
- Deal with customer refunds and returns requests
- Liaise with internal teams and external third parties, such as payment partners and courier providers
