As a result of an exciting office relocation to brand new 5* offices in North Harbour Business Park, we are now hiring an Office Assistant to join us on an initial six month contract.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Office Assistant to join a growing, forward thinking business.
Being responsible for day to day tasks working with the Projects and Support Manager to deliver administrative & general office requirements.
Maintaining the office appearance, especially within the client meet and greet areas, the staff breakout area and kitchen. Regularly checking the Meeting rooms and the Boardroom & keeping in order; ensuring the company image is upheld and presented according to our culture.
Delivering clerical & telephony support, where required, including particular support to board members, with diary management.
Ensuring the office security access is upheld by staff and visitors, monitoring and updating an online access portal.
Providing ad-hoc and scheduled support to visitors and company guests. Such as booking meetings, arranging catering/refreshments, providing local information, parking arrangements and general meet & greet.
Actively assisting the Finance and Compliance departments to deliver customer service support to our internal and external customers.
- Proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook & Powerpoint
- GCSE C level or above in English and Maths
- High level of attention to detail
- Previous experience working in a office environment
- Ability to organise own workload
- Proven experience meeting deadlines
