Fantastic all rounder needed!

Excellent all rounder Administrator / Project Coordinator / Team Assistant needed to support high profile and super-busy team at a lovely international finance company based in SW London. The culture here is academic, friendly and focussed during the day but lots of scope to socialise with various sports and social clubs. They have a very strong identity and work ethic and company values, meaning everyone there has really bought into the company. Uncapped scope for growth in this role!

Supporting a large team and the wider office with duties such as:

  • Meeting and travel management
  • Extensive administration
  • Ownership of projects
  • Coming up with ideas and your own initiatives to improve company operations
  • Covering for receptionist when needed (other people will do this too but this company has a real 'muck in approach’)
  • Office management
  • Expenses and financial administration
  • Organising company events and social events
  • Recruitment coordination
