Reed Recruitment are delighted to recruiting for a Business Operations Administrator to join an exciting organisation in the centre of Bath.
This is an extremely varied role and the ideal candidate will provide a valuable support system to each member of the dynamic team. You will take on tasks such as supporting the implementation of HR processes, assisting with recruitment administration, monitoring the delivery of new projects and preparing regular reports. You will also take on further duties to support your colleagues within HR, Finance and Office Management, providing an exceptional level of business support.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- An analytical approach with a keen eye for detail
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to adapt to change and take on a number of varied tasks
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and Excel
- Experience within an office support role would be desirable
