Job Description

Our client is a Property Investment Trading Company and is looking for an organised, efficient Office Assistant to work with the Office Manager.

The role would be to assist the Office Manager, members of the team and support the day to day operations of the company, dealing with office administration, accounts and other duties.

This is a part-time position with a view to the possibility of a full-time position.

Role Responsibilities

  • Filing and Scanning
  • Ordering office stationery
  • Dealing with contractors
  • Speaking with utility companies
  • Dealing with incoming communication
  • Getting quotations
  • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests and handling them where appropriate

Hours : 9- 1pm or 9am -5.30pm

3 half days or 2 full days a week with potentially going full time
