I am looking to recruit an Office Assistant to join a vibrant family business in the Wirral area.
This is a part time role to start with which may be extended to fulltime depending on the needs of the business.
- Answering the telephone to clients
- Organising all the files and documents
- Sorting all filling cabinets and put paperwork in order
- Data Entry
- Putting invoices in order and attaching then to the right order
The candidate must be immediately available and be able to be flexible at times when needed.
Hours 9am - 1pm 3 days per week to start.
