We are currently working alonside a rapidly expanding FinTech company who are looking for a bright & sparky office assistant to join their relaxed office based in the City. They are looking for somebody adaptable and enthusiastic to assist with the daily running of the office. They provide cutting edge trade analysis for banks, hedge funds and asset managers.
The Office Assistant will have the following responsibilities:
- Welcoming and greeting visitors
- Sort and distribute the mail
- Edit documents with the companies logo and branding
- Organising and planning events
- Stay on top of annual leave
- Order office supplies
The Office Assistant will need the following:
- Can do attitude
- Good knowledge of IT packages
- A degree is preferable
