Your new role
A part-time role, you will be sorting post, scanning, sorting invoices, sorting purchase orders, ordering supplies for the office and kitchen, maintaining a tidy office, serving lunch to clients that visit the company, using Word/Excel. The role entails some data entry, and will require you to answer phones and take calls.
What you'll need to succeed
As the office is fairly small, it will require the candidate to be involved in all office tasks from small cleaning responsibilities, right up to more important administrative duties. You will need previous experience within this area, and have a proven ability to take initiative and work independently.
