Now you can do every morning. Well, not quite. This company's offices are all styled like different Vegas hotels, so coming into work you'll find yourself immersed in their contemporary surroundings.
The international feel doesn't just stop at the offices, each year you'll go on a company holiday which doesn't come out of your 25 day (+8 bank holiday) allowance. Last year they went to Spain.
Weekly and monthly team socials, as well as a games room and darts board.
The office assistant will be responsible for ensuring the whole office runs smoothly. It is a varied role that mainly revolves around secretarial and administration work.
So you'll be required to ensure the office is fully stocked and tidied, that meetings are scheduled correctly, and assisting in the recruitment process by conducting background checks and organising timings throughout the onboarding process.
As the office assistant you will usually be the first point of contact for new recruits and clients, so you will be responsible for ensuring they are kept in the loop and left with a good impression.
You will also be responsible for organising company travel arrangements and monitoring staff holidays and absences.
What skills does an Office Assistant have?
- You will be well organised and a strong planner under pressure
- You are someone with experience using Microsoft Outlook
- Can communicate effectively and professionally
- You have prior experience working in an office assistant or administration type of role
