Office Assistant

This major entertainment services group is looking for an enthusiastic Office Assistant to provide general administrative support to the business and month end support to the accounts team. In addition, you will be assisting in preparing accurate client invoices, payment summaries and statements.

The job will involve:

  • General office administration
  • Coordinating and booking travel requests, manging travel accounts
  • Managing the Business Visitors log
  • Managing Company Credit cards
  • Coordinating Staff Sales
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post
  • Support the arrangement of business events
  • Maintaining office stationery supply, ordering new stock as required
  • Providing support to the Accounts team for month end, VAT returns, reporting, invoicing etc.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in an office administration role
  • Good level of secondary education including high achievement in Mathematics and English.
  • Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook and Excel experience essential
  • Finance support experience would be beneficial
  • Good communcation skills
  • Good time management skills, ability to stay focused and self-motivated
  • Ability to prioritise and work undirected
  • Excellent self-organisation and forward planner
  • Good attention to detail and able to work accurately under pressure
  • Enthusiastic team player
