Office Assistant

A new opportunity for an Office Assistant to join a growing technology business in Cambridge.

As the Office Assistant you will be adaptable and flexible to assist with all office duties including admin support, booking events, travel, hotels, diary management, purchase orders, stationery management, front of house duties, taking care of visitors, organisation of catering for venues and meetings. You will work closely with the Office Manager and be able to oversee office duties in her absence
You will have string organisation skills and be able to plan your day effectively, whilst maintaining flexibility to react to the needs of the business.

Solid knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is essential.

A positive attitude, the ability to be work with all levels of staff from Senior Management to external clients and suppliers and the tenacity to adapt to a busy office with changing tasks.
