I am currently recruiting for an Office Assistant role based in Leytonstone working for a highly successful company. 

This is an entry level role where training will be provided with no previous experience required. 

Duties within the role will include the following:

• Scanning – ‘D’ Bag, co sec and safe filing
• Answering telephone, taking messages
• Post in /out
• Meeting and greeting clients – making tea and coffee for visitors putting out water and biscuits
• File archive storage, ordering in/sending back
• Going to Tesco to get supplies
• Check faxes as they come in and take them up to the recipient
• Keeping kitchens stocked
• Keep a stock of plain envelopes with a compliment slip and Leytonstone address on a 2nd class stamp
• Organising team lunches once a month and tax update lunches once a month
• Organising managers meetings once a month
• Organising partners meetings once a month
• Assisting in the ordering of stationery
• Ensuring there is a full stock of stationery in the cupboard in the admin room and in the stationery room in the basement
• Check toners for photocopiers and fax machine
• Getting keys cut for new staff
• Keeping a stock of visitor and staff car passes
• Ensuring there is a stock of labels of addresses for all offices and various clients
• Photocopying and faxing
• Binding of accounts/other documents
• CCH updates
• Tax reference book updates (on paper)
• General Admin duties
• Helping set up for seminars
• Organising couriers
• Assisting the managers with Billing as directed
