Niche Construction Company with a prestigious Client base is looking for a Senior Receptionist / Office Assistant for an initial 6 month maternity cover with a view to extend to 12 months
- Providing support to two Directors
- Reception and switchboard duties
- Liaising with clients and organising contractor's visits.
- Providing general office support with a variety of tasks (typing and coding invoices, collating back up documents, distributing invoices to relevant contract manager to be signed for approval etc)
- Providing some support to finance office
- Dealing with franking machine and taking mail to post office
- Ordering stationery
- Checking and comparing price for annual contracts such as washroom, utilities, photocopiers taking meter readings etc
- Some light housekeeping, making teas and coffees, cleaning fridge, washing towels.
- Ad-hoc duties
The ideal candidate is friendly, articulate, with excellent telephone manner, must possess good command of written and spoken English, computer literate with a good typing speed, highly organised, with a can do attitude, an eye for details, happy to deal with a variety of tasks.
