Office Assistant - Ringwood - £17,000

The Work Shop are pleased to be working alongside our client based in Ringwood who are looking for an Office Assistant to join their growing team. This is a brand-new role created to the company where you will be responsible for providing administration support to the team.

Your duties as Office Assistant will include but are not limited to; -

  • Producing spreadsheets and extracting data

  • Answering the telephone in a professional and friendly manner

  • Producing PowerPoint presentations

  • Shredding files

  • Filing

  • General admin duties

  • Lifting boxes & stacking shelves

    The ideal Office Assistant Profile

  • Must have a Positive attitude and be willing to learn

  • Proficient in Microsoft packages, especially Word, Excel & PowerPoint

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Great customer service skills

    This is an excellent opportunity to work as part of a fabulous company where you can really take hold of the Office Assistant role and make it your own. You will be working out of lovely new & spacious offices in Ringwood where there is Free Parking onsite!
